Fraire International’s client portfolio consists of a large number of intercontinental and global investors. No investment can be performed without transferring equity, funds, savings or financing or whichever type of capital is needed to complete thereof. The high amounts that are managed in Real Estate Investments, the fluctuation of large capital overseas, and the agility in wiring transfers in matter of hours, has triggered important measures to prevent the money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
Considering that the firm is permanently and continuously involved with this international environment, we have specialized in applying the regulatory framework that is needed to perform any investment in Spain.
Therefore, we assist our clients in moving through the internal banking policies and the preventive measures applicable pursuant to the Spanish Law 10/2010 of 28 April 2010 on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, and also pursuant to the Directive (EU) 2018/843 of The European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 amending Directive (EU) 2015/849 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing, and 2013/36/EU (5th Directive).
